Thank you for shopping with us. Because we sell both live plants and digital products, our return policies differ depending on the type of product purchased.
LIVE PLANTS (UK ORDERS)
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, including plug plants, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.
Under UK consumer law, the standard 14-day cancellation period for online purchases does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly. Live plants fall under this category.
If your plants arrive damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the plants and packaging.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. We cannot be responsible for plants that deteriorate due to being left outside or unattended after delivery.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (INTERNATIONAL)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads, guides, courses, or other digital materials are non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders for physical products may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Plant Care Disclaimer
All plants are living organisms and may vary slightly in size, shape and appearance from photos shown on our website.
Once plants have been delivered and are in the customer’s care, we cannot guarantee their long-term health, growth or survival as this depends on environmental conditions, care and growing practices outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing appropriate care, including watering, light, temperature and planting conditions.
We are always happy to offer general guidance, but we cannot offer refunds or replacements for plants that decline after successful delivery due to care conditions.
