Thank you for shopping with us. Below you’ll find information about how and when your order will be delivered.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship live plants within the United Kingdom only. Digital products are delivered worldwide.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders for live plants are typically processed within 2–5 working days. During busy seasonal periods, processing may take slightly longer as plants are prepared carefully for shipping.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday to avoid plants being held in transit over the weekend.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once dispatched, most UK deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days depending on the courier and your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or weather conditions.

RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY

Live plants are perishable and should be unpacked as soon as possible after delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. We cannot be responsible for plants that deteriorate due to being left outside or unattended after delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and plants so we can assist.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically via download or email immediately after purchase. No physical item will be shipped.
